The course of recruitment at Microcom ApS consists of 2 interviews with various leading employees.

If you match the job profile you will be invited to the 1st job interview. The purpose of this interview is to get to know more of your professional abilities and to get a detailed discussion about what the position consists of. At the same time you will get to know more about what it means to work at Microcom ApS.

We do not use personality tests. We believe that our solid experience combined with common sense can do it just as well.

Should you as well us feel that the chemistry is right you will move on to a 2nd interview relating to the type of work you will have to carry out.

Should both parties estimate that it is still interesting you will be offered employment.
